• At LB, we love the "Staff Meal" (or Family Meal) to  be good & cooked with care.

• It’s also a test to see if the cook preparing it is capable & cares.

• IF NOT,  there’s no trust there to cook for clients.

• Not cooking simple/humble ingredients properly for self and colleagues (even with little time) shows a lack of respect & passion for cooking.

• It can also show inexperience and laziness....
